Dora Schubert of Croatia secured the Cadet Female Kumite -47 kg title. She beat Mexico’s Liliana Hernandez Lopez 4-0 in the final to finish at the top of the podium.

Mexico celebrated another gold medal as Abraham Mercado de Anda won the Cadet Male Kumite -57 kg division. He defeated Antonio Goncalo Garcia of Portugal 5-1 in the final.

Germany took both places at the top of the podium in the Cadet Female Kumite -54 kg final. Hanna Olschewski beat compatriot Valentina Gruner 1-0 to take the gold medal.

Mexico’s Pablo Zermeno Razo produced a strong performance in the Cadet Male Kumite -63 kg final. He defeated Panama’s Ian Mata 8-0 to secure the title.

Gerardo Gabriel Chavez Ramirez gave Mexico another gold medal in the Cadet Male Kumite -70 kg category. He defeated Emilio Antonio Vera Salinas of Chile 8-0 in the final.

England’s Zachary Newman won the Cadet Male Kumite 70+ kg category. He secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Benjamin Dodero Onate of Chile in the final.
Natalie Goodwin tops Female Kata
The final cadet title of the day went to Natalie Goodwin of the United States in Female Kata. She defeated compatriot Amanda Duarte 5-0 to become the champion.
