ElShorbagy first earned a spot in the top 10 in October 2010, and after falling out of it the next month reclaimed the place in December and never looked back. Over the years, he claimed the World No.1 ranking on six separate occasions and spent more than 51 weeks at the summit \u2014 a mark of dominance few manage to sustain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But consistency at the top is not just about survival \u2014 it\u2019s about adapting to evolving competition and staying hungry.
