Pieter Vanoosten was much faster, clocking 25.29 but only managed to finish fifth in Heat 3. However, neither made the cutoff time needed to qualify for the finals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It was the same In the girls\u2019 50m freestyle, with Cambodian swimmers failing to progress.
