Chandler Blanchet is the seventh Korn Ferry Tour member to achieve #TOURBound status and secure PGA TOUR membership for the 2026 season, as announced Saturday by the Korn Ferry Tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Blanchet, an Atlantic Beach, Florida resident who will be a rookie for the 2026 PGA TOUR season, captured his first career Korn Ferry Tour title at the 2025 Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Hiland Dairy Foods. The Gainesville, Florida native added a top-five finish at the 2025 Nationwide Children\u2019s Hospital Championship, one of four season-ending Korn Ferry Tour Finals events, and rose to No. 7 on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour Points List. Blanchet effectively secured one of the 20 PGA TOUR cards available through the final Points List with a made cut at this week\u2019s Compliance Solutions Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In three previous seasons on the Korn Ferry Tour, Blanchet recorded Korn Ferry Tour Points List finishes of No. 95 (2020-21 season), No. 115 (2022), and No. 84 (2024). Blanchet regained Korn Ferry Tour membership for the 2024 season with a No. 1 finish on the 2023 PGA TOUR Latinoamerica Order of Merit, which he earned off the strength of two victories. Blanchet recorded three career victories on PGA TOUR Latinoamerica, as he previously won in his first season on the circuit in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to turning professional in 2018, Blanchet played four seasons at University of West Florida, an NCAA Division II program in Pensacola, Florida. Blanchet, who finished his freshman season with a 74.33 scoring average, earned 13 individual victories at West Florida, with the crown jewel being individual medalist honors (and the Arnold Palmer Award) at the 2017 NCAA Division II Championship. Blanchet also earned the 2017 Division II Jack Nicklaus Award, three All-America First Team honors (2016-18) and three Gulf South Conference Player of the Year awards (2016-18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon conclusion of this week\u2019s Compliance Solutions Championship, the top 75 players on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour Points List become eligible for the season-ending Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing and Finance, scheduled for October 9-12 at French Lick Golf Resort in French Lick, Indiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon conclusion of the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, the top 20 players on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour Points List will earn PGA TOUR membership for the 2026 season.
