Antwerp had to navigate a challenging knockout path to reach the Final, edging Miami of the USA 21-18 in the Quarter-Finals before dismantling Vienna of Austria 21-10 in the Semi-Finals. They then held their nerve in a back-and-forth championship game against Ub to finally get their hands on a World Tour stop title this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Antwerp opened the knockout phase with a hard-fought 21-18 win over Miami, racing out to a 6-0 lead before seeing their advantage disappear as Miami tied the game at 18-18 late. Jonas Foerts then delivered a clutch two-pointer before Vic Van Oosterwyck sealed the win from the free-throw line.
