He fired in a final round of 4-under 68 for 19-under for the week and six shots clear of world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And he won the title even after calling a penalty on himself on the par-4 No. 2. He was then assessed a one-stroke penalty for causing the the ball at rest to move. And he still managed to make a 3ft 6in putt to save par.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was the 28-year-old&#8217;s third career PGA Tour victory and second this season after winning the Players Championship earlier this year. Young joins Matt Fitzpatrick, with three wins and Chris Gotterup, with two, as players with multiple wins this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scheffler finished second for the third consecutive start, after finishing a shot behind Rory McIlroy at the Masters and losing a playoff to Fitzpatrick at Hilton Head. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler finished on 13-under with a 68 final round. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three-time Tour winner Ben Griffin finished third a further stroke behind after posting a 4-under 68 in the final round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adam Scott, the 2016 champion Adam Scott, Sepp Strak and Kim Si-woo were all tied fourth at 11-under total. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott recorded an 8-under 64, one of the low rounds of the day  as did Sahith Theegala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Straka, it was his third top-10 finish this season, just one week before he is set to defend at the Truist Championship<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winner of last week\u2019s Zurich Classic, with brother Matt, Alex Fitzpatrick finished tied-ninth after posting a 9-under 279 in his first start as a PGA Tour member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fourth win of the season for Cink<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stewart Cink closed out with a 3-under 69 to convert a three-stroke 54-hole lead into a<br>three-stroke victory at the Regions Tradition in Alabama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was his second senior major title and four Tour Champions title of the season.<br><br>Cink carded rounds of 65-65-71-69 for an 18-under 270 total to finish ahead of Scott Hend.
