The United States men and the Netherlands women have won the FIBA 3×3 Champions Cup after an electrifying final day at Central World Square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tournament brought together some of the world’s top national teams for three days of high-level 3×3 basketball, culminating in dramatic semifinals, medal games, and championship clashes in the heart of Bangkok.

The Netherlands delivered a commanding performance in the women’s final, defeating Azerbaijan 21-12.

Women’s Tournament MVP Noortje Driessen put on a sensational display, scoring 15 points in the championship game and repeatedly punishing Azerbaijan’s defense from both inside and beyond the arc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dutch star caught fire midway through the contest, hitting multiple two-pointers to extend the Netherlands’ lead and effectively put the game out of reach.

Azerbaijan fought hard throughout the tournament and finished with a historic silver medal, while the United States claimed third place.

Meanwhile, the United States responded from their semi-finals heartbreak with a dominant 20-10 victory over Canada in the third-place game.

Veronica Burton led the scoring with 8 points as the Americans built an early lead and controlled the contest throughout.

The United States captured the men’s title with a 19-14 victory over Spain in the Final.

The Americans seized control midway through the game and never looked back, combining strong interior scoring with timely defense.

James Parrott led the scoring with 7 points, while Men’s MVP Caden Pierce delivered several key plays down the stretch as the United States closed out the victory.

With the win, the United States were crowned FIBA 3×3 Champions Cup 2026 Winners, while Spain finished runners-up.

The Netherlands men secured third place after a thrilling 20-17 victory over Serbia in the bronze medal game. Worthy De Jong starred with 12 points, hitting crucial two-pointers and clutch free throws late in the contest to seal the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trio of Driessen, Brianna Fraser of Azerbaijan and American Allisha Gray were pocked as the women’s team of the tournament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

USA’s Caden Pierce, the tournament MVP, headed the men’s team of the tournament together with Iv\u00e1n Aurrecoechea of Spain and Worthy De Jong of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both MVPs – Driessen and Pierce – are products of the FIBA 3×3 Youth Nations League.

Netherlands women and USA men have also qualified to the FIBA 3×3 World Cup 2027 and FIBA 3×3 Champions Cup 2027.

The\u00a0 Netherlands (women) have also qualified to the Cups-based Olympic Qualifying Tournament for the LA28 Olympic Games. As hosts, the USA have automatically qualified to the LA28 Olympic Games; therefore, as runners-up, Spain men have also qualified for the Cups-based Olympic Qualifying Tournament for the LA28 Olympic Games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
