Luke Humphries will begin his defence of the Premier League title against Gerwyn Price on the opening night in Newcastle, as Luke Littler and Gian van Veen lock horns in a repeat of January’s World Championship final.
The Premier League will feature eight of the sport’s biggest names going head-to-head across 17 nights throughout the UK and Europe, with each of the 16 league nights comprising quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final over the best of 11 legs.
Ranking points will be awarded per night – with five to the winner, three to the runner-up and two to the semi-finalists – to form the league table from which the top four players will progress to Finals Night at The O2 in London on Thursday May 28.
Newcastle’s Utilita Arena will play host to the opening night of the 2026 season on Thursday February 5, headlined by the latest clash between reigning two-time World Champion Littler and Dutch number one Van Veen.
Reigning Premier League champion Humphries and 2023 runner-up Price also lock horns, while seven-time Premier League winner Michael van Gerwen opens his title challenge against former Masters champion Stephen Bunting.
Elsewhere, 2021 champion Jonny Clayton makes his return to the Premier League fold against debutant Josh Rock, with Littler or Van Veen awaiting the winner in the semi-finals.
Night Two will feature a landmark first visit to Belgium on February 12, as the world’s top two – Littler and Humphries – renew their rivalry at the AFAS Dome in Antwerp in a repeat of the 2025 Premier League final.
Littler will also headline Night Three in Glasgow on February 19, as he plays Van Gerwen in a repeat of the 2024/25 World Championship final, while Welsh duo Clayton and Price collide on Scottish soil.
Rock will take centre stage on Night Four in Belfast on February 26, and the Northern Irishman will face fellow Premier League newcomer Van Veen in a blockbuster tie at the SSE Arena.
Price and Clayton will be the star attractions when the darting roadshow rolls into Cardiff on Night Five, with the pair pitted against Bunting and Van Veen respectively.
Van Gerwen and Humphries also do battle in the evening’s opener at the Utilita Arena, as Littler – who landed a nine-darter in the Welsh capital 12 months ago – takes on Rock.
World Championship runner-up Van Veen will take on world number two Humphries in Nottingham on March 12, with Littler and Price also poised to renew their rivalry on Night Six.
Dutch stars Van Gerwen and Van Veen go head-to-head on Night Seven in Dublin, while Price – who claimed the nightly spoils in the Irish capital in 2025 – meets Rock for a place in the semi-finals.
Quarter-Final fixtures for 14 of the 16 league nights are listed below in draw bracket order, with fixtures for Night Eight and Night 16 set to be determined by league standings heading into each night.
The second half of the season will also feature the Premier League’s annual trip to Rotterdam, as Dutch number one Van Veen meets defending champion Humphries on Night 11.
Van Gerwen will make his return to home soil against 2021 champion Clayton, before the league season culminates with nights in Liverpool, Aberdeen, Leeds, Birmingham and Sheffield.
All matches in the league phase will be played over the best of 11 legs, with a £10,000 bonus on offer to every nightly winner.
