Cameron Young
Cameron Young shot a 5-under 67 to get to 13 under and take a five-shot lead at the midway point of the Cadillac Gold Championship, a $20 million Signature Event.
Young’s only blemish in the round was a bogey at the par-4 14th, but couples with his bogey-free 64 in the opening round, it was enough to lead the trio of Nick Taylor, Alex Smalley and Jordan Spieth.

Thirteen-time PGA Tour Spieth carded a 1-under 71 in the second round while Smalley recorded a 1-under 71 in the second round.
World number one Scottie Scheffler was in another group of six players including Alex Fitzpatrick at 6 under. Scheffler posted a bogey-free 5-under 67, his 79th bogey-free round on the Tour.
Making first start as PGA Tour member, Fitzpatrick posted a bogey-free 6-under 66 in the second round, one shy of his career-low 18-hole score.

Kurt Kitayama (T16/-4) carded an 8-under 64 to set low round of the day.
